Purple Dry is an aggregator platform that connects customers with trusted local laundry service providers for ironing and dry-cleaning services. We facilitate pick-up, processing, and delivery of garments while ensuring quality and timely service.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate details including contact information and delivery address. Customers are responsible for informing our team of any special instructions or delicate garment care requirements (e.g., silk sarees, embroidery, fabric sensitivity) during pickup. Failure to mention special handling may limit our liability for resulting damage. At the time of pickup, our delivery executive will take pictures of the garments to document their condition for safety and quality assurance purposes.
3. Pick-Up & Delivery
Our delivery team will collect and return clothes as per the scheduled time slot. Delays due to unforeseen events (traffic, weather, holidays) will be informed in advance. Garments will be delivered in neatly packed bags. Please ensure availability for delivery as rescheduling may involve additional charges.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices are transparent and vary based on garment type, weight, and category. Customers can pay via UPI, debit/credit card, or cash during pickup/delivery. Promotional offers or first-order discounts are subject to availability and one-time use.
5. Loss or Damage Policy
While utmost care is taken, in rare instances of garment loss or irreversible damage, compensation will be limited to a pre-defined value after case review. Purple Dry is not liable for color fading, fabric shrinkage, or damage caused by non-disclosed special garment requirements.
6. Service Modification & Cancellation
Users may modify or cancel bookings within a stipulated time before pickup. Frequent cancellations or misuse may lead to temporary suspension of service.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, designs, and app features are owned by Purple Dry and cannot be used without written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or app updates.
