Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

  • Customers can cancel their scheduled pickup any time before the confirmation call from the company or delivery partner, free of charge.
  • Cancellations will not be accepted after the confirmation call is made and the order is logged for processing.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to temporary suspension of service to avoid operational disruption.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
    • Payment was completed but pickup was not executed due to an issue from our end.
    • A garment was lost or irreparably damaged, and Purple Dry is found responsible after an internal investigation.
  • All approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
  • No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction due to missing special care instructions at the time of pickup, or for natural wear and fabric reactions.
